I ordered vaccines & syringes last Monday. Prescription for syringes was approved by my vet on on Tuesday. Was told order would ship within 24-48 hours after vet approval. I have called EVERY DAY and been told the SAME story. On Friday, I was told Allivet doesn't ship vaccines/cold package for Saturday delivery. I just got off another 30 minute phone call (mostly on hold) to be told it will go out TOMORROW, 8 days after order, 7 days after vet approval, they have "expedited" the order?!?
They have great prices- one time or auto-ship available and they contact the vet! It saves all your pet's info (name, age, breed) to make reordering simple.

Trash company. I will be writing a review on any outlet I can find that you have a profile on. These thieves stole over $330 and will not send my cat's inhaler to my address. The package keeps going from the east coast to the west coast and so forth when I live in NYC and they apparently ship from FL. My cat ended up in the hospital from asthma attacks because they decided to lie about his medication. Truly criminals - they refuse to give me a refund aka will not respond to my emails either
We're happy with them. Only issue I've had is one time I had to follow up several times when there was a disconnect in the prescription procurement process with my vet which resulted in a one week delay of receiving our Bravecto.

Not 2-day overnight service, but direct overnight a.m. delivery from Florida to S. California. Was in a foam lined box and 4 ice packs! Most places you have to pay extra for all that. The Merck Prestige 5 kit + West Nile was $10 less than everyone else the shipping ice and packaging was included which would have cost $10 everywhere else, so I'm extremely impressed by Allivet!

Terrible packaging job. When I went to pick my package up, contents were falling out of the box.
I don't like that I can't edit meds and remove them when not needed, I have to call. What is the point of a website if I have to call? Meds I no longer need for a deceased dog still show up on my autoship - they should be deleted, not suspended because now I can't update anything on autoship.
This website is very user friendly and reordering was super easy. My let’s meds arrived very fast with no issue. Highly recommend.

If needed to be vet approved they wait til then but tell you they are waiting for approval. If you haven't heard from them then they prob. Did not get.
